Terms of Service
How to Commission Me:
• You can contact me via my DMs (Instagram, Twitter, Cara, Behance) or by email.• After an initial discussion, I will establish a quote that we must sign.• No refunds will be accepted after the work has begun.• Each term can be discussed before starting the work.• By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions. I will work under the assumption that you have read my T.O.S.
Payment:
• Payment is preferably made via PayPal, but bank transfer is possible if necessary.• Depending on the case, I may request a deposit before starting the work and the remainder after the file is delivered.• I will send Work In Progress (WIP) updates throughout the process in order to be on the same page and guide the commission towards your desired goal.• Once the drawing is well advanced, any major modifications requiring a lot of time will incur additional charges, such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me redraw it completely.• Tips are appreciated but not necessary.
Confidentiality:
• I will not post the drawings unless the client authorizes it, and with a "Commission" watermark.• I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never share it without your express permission.
Deadlines and Revisions:
• Each commission can take from 1 week to a maximum of 1 month before delivery, but will never exceed this duration.• If specific deadlines are required, they must be well explained before starting.
Rights and Usage:
• My artwork and commissions cannot be used as NFTs or any crypto-related projects under any circumstances.• You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use.• You may repost the commission onto your social media but must credit me.
Commercial Rights:
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork is prohibited.• Purchasing commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of the original price.• Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
Restrictions:
• I will not draw NSFW content or any hateful or offensive content.• I will not draw outside my style (Semi-realism or Comic/Manga).• I will not draw hard gore or underage characters in sexual situations.
